Great headline.
Too bad there is no substance.
In a nutshell, The Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office announced Thursday the discovery of a marijuana garden that contained $16 million worth of plants and led to the arrest of two San Jose residents for allegedly tending the garden. Get this, the two that they arrested were 19 and the other a minor. WTF?? The Sheriff’s really think they got The Guys? Poor kids.
The authorities seized 8,127 marijuana starter plants as well as piping, chemicals, fertilizers and a full camp set-up with a week’s worth of supplies.
So 2 kids + 8k in non-flowering baby plants + fertilizers + hoses to water the babies + camping equipment = 16 million dollars??? I must have missed that equation in college. The real headline should be: 2 kids caught with someone elses stash. That wouldn’t sell though.
Besides the waste of resources in catching these villians…we now have The California Department of Fish and Game AND the city and county of San Francisco water officials doing a follow-up investigation to determine if any environmental contamination occurred in local streams or the reservoir because of this weed patch. Gimmie a break. Our tax dollars at work…wonderful.
Back to the headline…imagine what 16 million dollars worth of real bud would look like. Damn, it’s not against the law to dream? Is it?

hell naw that would be a pretty site to see
